• From the time the order is placed to the time you receive the order is generally 2 weeks. This allows us the time to hand make each ring with care. Stone set rings take more time, generally 3-4 weeks.
• Please keep in mind that these rings are not mass produced , each ring is hand made by our artists not pulled from stock. We believe that each ring deserves very individual attention and craftsmanship to make it into art. We produce a finite number of rings each day and do not compromise our quality for production.
• Signature Required All of our rings will ship signature required unless otherwise requested.
• Tracking numbers Tracking information will be sent to the e-mail address that was given with the order.
• Insured shipping All of our packages are shipped insured.
• Shipping options

2 Day delivery $15.00-$30.00 depending on your address. This is only a shipping option it will still take time to hand make your ring.
Next Day $30.00 This is only a shipping option it will still take time to hand make your ring. Be sure to talk to us when choosing this option! 866-369-4161
International shipping $55.00 International orders are charged duty by customs. This is only a shipping option it will still take time to hand make your ring.

• NOTE Please make sure that you enter your address correctly. We must charge you for additional shipping if we have to re-ship an item due to an address error.
• P.O. Boxes We strongly recommend using a physical address since FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes. We can ship USPS but their tracking is limited.

• Guarantee

-We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you feel you have received the wrong ring or it does not represent the picture of the ring ordered.
-This refund does not apply to rings that have been mis-sized due to customer error.
-There is a 20% restocking fee on any rings with an engraving, a 35% fee for precious metal inlaid rings and any rings with stone settings are NOT REFUNDABLE.

The customer will be responsible for shipping and handling.

  2. Fill out our service/resizing form.
  3. Include the service/resizing form along with the ring and check or money order, or credit card and ship insured using UPS or FedEx to:
